Setting desktop icon font colour in KDE 3.2.1

I notice the KDE 3.2.1 Control Centre has dropped the facility to set the font colour of desktop icons, which was available with KDE 3.1.1.

Or am I missing something? Does anybody know where this feature is hiding?
