I create a lot of Instruction manuals.
I add numerous pictures of different type to the document
I need to edit the text wrapping and the distance below the picture for closeness of text to 0.2"

Is there a way to set a default somewhere so when I insert a picture using Ctrl-V (paste) that it would use some default settings?? I would like the Text wrapping to be “Top and Bottom” and the distance below text to be 0.2” So when the picture is inserted it would be set automatically instead of doing it in Picture format every time. Or maybe a macro I could click that would do it.

TIA

Ok how do I do that
What would the commands be to do all of the above.

I tried macros and nothing seems to work.

Hey, Doug. Have you ever used code? Please email me so I can send you document that instructs, step-by-step, how to record a macro. I should have offered it before. I get lots of emails, so please let me know that you're Doug from Tek-tips.
