I have installed several machines lately and the users that use the machines are placed in the 'Users' group in the domain. If they try and view an image file (JPG, GIF, BMP, etc.) they get a bunch of errors and the system asks what program should e used to open the file. If you choose IE for example the system will start IE and then say the image is corrupt and can't be viewed. If I elevate the user to 'Power User' and they don't have any problems. If I then lower them back to 'User' after opening the images they get the error again.

I know it is a registry entry but I can't seem to find it anywhere and have looked high and low on TECHNET for an answer to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?
