Setting Call Center Hours in Call Treatments 1

I am trying to modify a Call treatment in Symposium Express version 4.0. I want to set the hours of operation from 7am-3am. It will only allow me to set the time until midnight or 24 hours. I don't want to use 24 hours with an emergency treatment because the treatments don't all go to the same location. I also tried to create 2 treatments with the same name (1 for 7am-11:59pm and the other from midnight-3am), however,the system won't allow them to have the same name. Any help would be appreciated.
 
with SECC you only get 1 emergency treatment, and you're limited to a 24hr clock. if you want more flexibility, upgrade to the CCMS suites.
