Setting 'Calendar List' as printer default for calendar

Is there a way to set the printing default for a calendar as 'Calendar List'? Using R5. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I checked the Notes and Developer forums for you. Came up with nothing relating to setting the Calendar List format as the default.

Hopefully someone else has better luck.
