Hi,

I'd like to know how to set and reset a branch derivation (ie. boss to secretary) lets say a call reachs extension 4640 and if nobody answers it, automatically redirect the call to, lets say, extension 4601.

I'd also like to know what derivations are enabled.

Thanks in advance,

Mauricio.

Hi Mauricio,

call diversion or forwarding

In OM-Book chapter 6
It is possible forwarding a call to another DNR or erase by

CHCALF : <CF-TYPE>[,[<ORIG-BSP-ID>s/r]][,<DEST-NUMBER>]
[,[<UNIT>]][,<CFDA-TIME>][,<CALL-ORIGINATOR-TYPE>];

Try with ?, to see which parameters possible

chcalf:0,4640,4601,,15,2;
i.e 0 Type no answer
4640 originator
4601 destination
,, unit, omit if only one
30 time in sec, if omit, NETIMER007 default 15 sec?
2 only for external calls

dicalf:<DNR>; to look out for call forwarding

for boss/secretary I would take boss on key, secreatary makes a pickup. Boss has key for absent/present.
this is another theme.
please try it and ask if you want more details

good luck [pipe]
