I have 2 telco hunt groups - 1 for normal office staff answering and 1 that is for auto attendant only. Can I program one line to be picked up by Auto Attendant after 1 ring and have my other lines go to Auto Attendant after 4 rings?
What tyoe of voice mail do you have? If its a standalone, maybe, I'm not to familiar with them. But if it is a circuit card or PC card then no. All lines covered by the auto attendant have the same delay. Sorry.
