I have an ASP form using Vbscript that users fill out and then they copy and paste the results into a program that we use. When the user presses "submit" on this form, is it possilbe to set the results or at least a specific portion of those results directly into the computers memory the the user can just select paste to input the results into the target application?

Well, ASP runs on the server so, no ASP cannot do this. It would have to be client side scripting, like javascript on the client browser. But, I would think there are hurdles to that approach, since different browsers have varying degrees of protecting the clipboard from script changes.
