Setting a Session Global Option for Window Close.

I am using Extra Basic Lanugage and trying to Close the session when the Macro completes. The Session.Close works fine, Except the actual Extra! session has a global setting of "Prompt for Disconnect". This is prohibiting the session from closing. The setting is under "Options", "Global Preferences" in the actual session.
Does anyone know how to force this global option off (uncheck the box) so the session closes (regardless of the setting)?
