Perhaps I have stared at this too long and the solution is obvious.

I am trying to set up a series of fields within a table at various timepoints related to an initial field entered through a form.

Sounds simple but i can't seem to get it to work. Basically I am looking for a simple way of saying field B =Field A+31 days Field C= Field A + 65 days etc..

Is it possible to relate to a field within the same table and is the default value setting the way to do it?

Many thanks for your help,

Just do an update query referring to the seed value field much as you have described ie the SQL is very similar to the English. Note, on this channel, we generally disuade people from holding derived data in tables. If you can write a simple update query then you can just use that code and generate the fields whenever you want to rather than store them.
