setting a dist list reply address

I'm trying to create a distribution list so that when people reply to it they reply the distribution list so that everyone can see the reply not just the original sender.

I hope I've explained that correctly, basicily I don't want the replier to reply to the origator of the e-mail but rather the distribution list for all to read.

is this possible?
