866 calls are going out ld(7110) instead of local(7100).
where do you go to check and change?
now, I'm telling people to dial 7100 866 etc (instead of 91866etc), to bypass this problem but would be nice to know how to change. also saw post on ncfw acd's which I will use too. Good tips.

Check Ld 90

REQ prt
CUST 0
FEAT net
TRAN ac1
TYPE spn
SPN 866

It maybe a TYPE NPA also.

ESN073 is what is returned using both spn and npa.
tried using spn 800, and it returned the same thing.

You need to see what RLI 866 is using. In LD 90, do:

REQ PRT
Cust 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE NPA OR SPN [depends what you programmed 866 as]

This will show RLI = ?

Then you need to go to Ld 86 to determine what routes are first choice for that RLI. In LD 86, do

REQ PRT
CUST 0
FEAT RLB
RLI [enter the# that LD 90 gave you for RLI]

Now, look at entry 0 and the route#. This determines what route [local or LD] 866 will use as the first choice. Then entry 1 will be the next choice and so on.

After you determine what route 866 is using as first choice. Go to LD 21 and:

REQ LTM
TYPE RDB
CUST 0
ROUTE [enter the# that was given in LD 86 as entry 0]
keep entering until it prints to your screen.

This process will let you know who all of your NPAs and SPNs are programmed and which routes they are using for 1st choice etc...

using (all) got me to see stuff. 1866 and 866 are not in there, but I found 1800 and it is using rli 1. SO it looks
like I will have to add 1866.

Goto LD 90 and find a local NXX and find what RLI (RLB) it is directed to and simply add the new entry in LD 90 to the same RLI as the local NXX was directed to. You do however need to check the RLB and see if it is using any sort of DMI. Good Luck!

If 1800 is going out the right way then make 866 the same.
also add 1877 and 1888.

I tried an add at ld 90 but didn't work. Can I copy from 1800 to 866, 877, 888

Sorry i HAD A BRAIN FART

REQ NEW
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE NPA or SPN set it up like 1800

when I put in type spn and enter I get an spn prompt. At that point I put in 1866 and it return ESN073 and spn prompt

you must already have SPN or NXX 1866 programmed.

Did you do a prt with ALL and see if 1866 is already there?

I just did another prt and used all, and only spn's listed.
does that mean I have no npa's?
1888, 1877, 1800 are listed as going to rli 1, so I think I'm on the right track.
there is a 186 listed, could I delete it and try 1866.
I seemed to remember a problem I had with a did that had an incomplete number in the list, and when I removed it, the did worked.

REQ PRT
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE ALL This will print all NPA, NXX, SPN etc
