I'm pretty sure no one is toying with me. Here's the TNB of the set. You'll notice on KEY 15 cfw to 5738, that was not there prior to this happening. Note, this set is acquired by Symposium. And I don't believe this is a BFS issue, although I am not sure.
look at the acd group, if that set is logged in and goes unanswered, it can forward itself. that set does not show a bfs tag, so you called that right. try this, log in a set on this group, then ignore the incoming call. unless it's the only set logged in, you may duplicate that cfw problem
Thanks John, I'll try that out. When I prt acd 5302 in LD 23, what specifically should I look for? I'm pretty sure that this could be the source of my problem.

you should get a msb after 5 unanswered rings, not cfw, what is your busy treatment? you don't have scpw enteried on that set, so it's not rcfw, i don't see a bfs in the mix. your treatment for ring no answer is busy. either it's not happening or your missing a patch.. always ask yourself if you can program a station to do that. if the answer is no, then don't look real hard into your software. about 4 ways to forward a phone fdn (after rna) cfw, press a button. cfw with rcfw, or light the button from a distant user with a bfs key...
