SETI Stats problem

It contains a line which reads

which references a perl script. When I was on valueweb it worked fine, but now on gisol.com, it doesn't work, and I'm getting no help from tech support so far. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Is the path to perl correct? (gisol lists it as /usr/bin/perl)
Are file permissions correct?
Did you upload the file in ascii mode?

Thanks to all who responded. After several tries, I finally threatened to leave, and Gisol.com tech support dug in, found a missing snippet of code, and even corrected it for me... up and running at
