Me again I have tried the two statements (or lines of code)

me.lstComp.setfocus
me.lstComp.Requery

But it still does not work, the code is fine. I think i need to enable something extrnally. I not sure what like record source (but it is not needed as the text boxes are linked. I am just not sure.

the only problem is just that it will not focus and requery.

Can you elaborate on what is not working? The code looks fine but without more on what is going wrong, e.g. message displayed etc, it is difficult to comment. (Does this relate to a previous thread? If so it should really be posted there). Have fun!)

try to remove the setfocus statement and see if at least you can put the requery part working. Also try to set the focus after you requery the lstbox! Good Look!!
