set will not respect restrictions

Ok I have a BCM50, and I have set up my restriction on 02, and have assigned all sets to this restriction filter, and on all of my lines.

I have one set (ext. 221) that will not respect them. I am fed up, I do not know where I went wrong. Almost ready to reset and start all over....

Help Please.

Try building your own filter instead of messing with default ones (01-03).
