Set Vlan ID via SNMP?

Hy;
I have a 3com SuperStack3 switch want to set a portbased VLAN id via SNMP (Example: Set the VLAN ID 2 to Port number 14);
First question: Is it possible?
Second question: Which OID do i need? (i found just OID's with read-only access)
