I have my document root set at "C:\http_root", and everything works fine but I have another directory, "C:\other_dir" that I want to access with the same server as a "Virtual Directory", ie "
How do I set this up?

In your httpd.conf file, located off of your main Apache dir in conf/, look for the section headed "Aliases" and add

Alias /other_dir "C:/other_dir/"

below the commented area.

Be sure to leave a forward slash off of the part right after "Alias".
