Set-up Problem on V9

Hi

Crystal Reports v9 is not supported by my IT team in work. We have Crystal Reports V9 installed, but it will not export any data to any format (e.g. Excel, Acrobat etc). The same error pops up every time.

The error is:
THE FEATURE YOU ARE TRYING TO USE IS ON A NETWORK RESOURCE THAT IS UNAVAILABLE.

We are using Windows NT, with Novell Client, and have tried re-installing a couple of times

Is Crystal installed locally, using a local CD drive? You may have some drivers that are installed when they are needed and it is looking for the CD.
