I have been hosting our company's mail and webserver with a webhost for the last while, but it is time to bring the mail and webhosting in house.
We have a webserver setup and ready in house with mail accounts ready and the site working at our IP, but I have never personally hosted a website or mail before and have come to a quandry.

I need to transfer the hosting to our server, however at the registrar it want's two IP's and dns servers to transfer the domain. I only have one IP. I realize I need to set up a DNS server on my webhost, but how do I get two DNS domains and two DNS ip addresses when I only have one static IP address from my ISP. The registrar will not accept the same IP address for both the primary and secondary DNS servers.
Currently we are using our DSL connection for connectivity, but we are going to have fiber into the building before there is too much activity on the website - at that time we will also have more and different IP addresses.

What do I put at the registrar to allow my website/domain to be hosted on a single static IP address?

You should be able to list your ISP's DNS servers, just make sure they have the proper records listed for your mail (MX) server and webserver. We have 2 DNS servers internally but only list our ISP's DNS servers with our Domain provider
