Set up logical statement in report

This is a general query, can PeachTree 2006 Pro allow logical statments in designing reports. I am setting up a new account Statement form and would like a special text message to print if the total amount on the statment is negative. The logic would be if Total is less than 0, then print "No payment required." I am modifying the existing Peachtree standard account statment template.
