Set up IVR on NS500 1

Hello there!!

Sorry I might sound kind of a noob here, please bear with me. So basically my IT manager has asked me to work on setting up an IVR system using the existing Panasonic KX-NS500 we're running(does that even make sense? ). I've been scouring the web for some leads but I can't figure out how to go about it. Can someone please help me?

So far all I know is, we log on to the management page of the PBX. What next?

put an digital ext to program mode (cos 64 degfault have this) and in menu 5 you can edit
for voice start with *36150x (x is number of voice )
