Set up hyperlink to open a new window

Hi - I'm new to this - so just learning. I have a list of other websites on my website, with each name as a hyperlink to the other website. However, when you click the hyperlink, the same IE window is used - moving to the other website.

I would like to have IE open a new window when someone travels to this other website - leaving the original window with my website - but I cannot figure out how to do this in Frontpage..

When you create a hyperlink, there is a button in the Insert Hyperlink dialog box. The button is labelled: Target Frame.

Click the button and then choose New Window.

By the way, this will add target="_blank" to the anchor tag in the HTML.
