Set up Group policy

Hi all,

I have been asked to create a GPO to not allow users change screen saver, and set up a standard desktop background. I also would like to restrict them from installing anything, but unfortunatlly we run a software that get automatic updates on a monthly basis, and also, we have our own wsus server. Can anyone suggest how i shoudl do this.
