Set up FTP server

I am going through an SSIS tutorial book and came across a step that says, "Set up a second computer as an FTP server"

I can find lots of info in various windows books and help on downloading files from FTP servers, but nothing about setting one up. How does one do this?

You download an FTP server deamon and follow its
installation instructions.
