set up form so that it floats on Windows desktop

I can do this in FoxPro, why not ACCESS ?
Don't want to see the Access title bar, or the
gray background filling the screen.
Just want to see the 'normalized' form, with the Windows
desktop in the background.

How do I do this ?

You can try maximizing your form within Access, and keeping Access as a smaller window. I believe this should achieve the look you desire.
