set up agent to automatically forward specific email

I am a strong Notes user (I do access development) and am trying to set up an agent to forward specific email (based on the sender) to others in our group. So far, I have managed only to forward a message manually. Do I need to have permissions changed? If so, to what?

My set up is:
-On schedule more than once a day -- every 5 min
-On all new mail
-From author xxx@xxx
-Action Send mail to yyy@xxx

I know this is pretty basic stuff, but it appears not to be functioning as desired.

Check with your administrator and make sure that you have the rights to run agents on the server. Actually you should be able to see for yourself. Go into the NAB and check the server listing. If you have more than one server, select your mail server. About halfway down the list is a twistie for agent manager. Make sure that you belong to any one of the groups listed as being able to run personal agents.
