set up Access 97 form on intranet

Hi all,

I would like to put up a dynamic form on the intranet using asp method, where users can enter to that URL to do editing and adding on the form.

The changes will be reflected and updated on the server database. How do I go about doing that? I am new to this area and would appreciate some help.
