I have inherited a Cisco 525 running ASDM 5.0, and it sits in front of my web servers. It was set up using building blocks to represent the various devices on either side of the firewall. The list of IP addresses that we have banned via access rules is getting lengthy. Is there an "easy" way to create a bad IP address list as a building block, so that we can simply add/remove addresses from this list?

You can create an object group of blocked ip addresses and merely use an access-list to call that object group
