Set Time on 3720 w/ IP Dect

We are using 3720's on the old IP Dect. Is there anyway to set the time on the 3720's without AIWS? The manual shows that there should be a Set Time option but our phones don't show that only the option of changing the Date/Time format. I couldn't find the option in the WinPDM either.

That only works on the new dect basestations.
