set Time limit for External calls...

Hi 2 everybdy in this lovely forum,
I wanna that I am keeping asking u,but what shall a poor man like me do.I have no one but u 2 ask after God.
However,I have MD110 BC10 and I have 10 External lines with 1000 Internel Etensions.what I need is 2 set time limit 4 all external calls.
