I had to reboot the system because a screwed up some programming and I have no idea what I'm doing... All seems well now except one of my phone sets suddenly thinks it has a new DN. It was previously 47 and now it thinks its 35?

When I call the office and dial the 47, it still responds with the appropriate MB, but none of the phones ring to indicate 47 being called. However, when I call the office and dial the random 35, there is no MB prompt - it just rings on the set that was previously dubbed 47.

Any help with fixing this phone's problem would be greatly appreciated!

You need to change the DN back to what it was.
If unsure of programming then you will need to call a tech.

Also note that reboots do not fix programming, it restarts the system.

Is there any way to reprogram the port:dn using the programming phone? I'm hoping to re-assign the ports to their appropriate dns.

Nevermind! I've figured it out!
