Hi All,

I have a number of configuration tasks to perform whcih i have been asked to do from the command line!

would anyone point in the right direction to change

1. set the number of sites before a warning is generated
2. set the maximum number of sites that can be created in database

I have had a look for a stsadm command for this but cant find anything.

Thanks.

Hello,

By default I think that warnings will go out at 9000 sites and that 15000 sites is the limit when no more sites can be created (these are the standard values that will be set at installation).

You can change these settings from the Central Administration pages. Under Manage Virtual Server settings you will be able to manage the content database, and there you can sett the warning and max site level.

Cheers,
Thomas
