Set relocation problems

I recently installed a Nortel CICS system w/ 5 T7316e sets for a friend, all he needed was basic programming (this is not my field I am a IT guy) I was able to get everything setup and working. My problem is that 1 of the phones was bad (@ Ext 24) (to be sent back to be replaced) when moving another phone (from Ext 27) to this location (Ext 24) it carries the Extension/Name/Programming from its orignal location (Ext 27). I went into System Programming and turned off Set Relocation to N. Now when I place either phone in that location (Ext 24) it is still carrying the Extension/Name/Programming from where I pulled the replacement phone (Ext 27). Any ideas how to reset this location (I would like it to go back to being Ext 24) ? I would appreciate any input, thanks guys!

turn set relocation back on and then move both phones back where they where and then turn set relocation back off, then you can move the phone without messing it up,
