I have a BCM 400 with T7208 phones. I have two spare phones from previous users and I need to use one for a new user. When i setup the phone the old DN appears on the set instead of the new one. I know it's the "Set relocation" feature but I don't know if I need to disable it at the BCM or at the device. Either way I don't know how to disable the feature. Help!

It needs to be disabled/enabled in the BCM.
You could also just perform a change DN, in the BCM, to configure the desired DN to he set.
