I have build a CR report that need to be runned by around 60 people on different locations. User are logged in via 3 Citrix servers.
Till now we build a report, saved the report, deleted all printers from the develop environment, send print to printer, "No printer connected, "would you like to print to default printer", I select yes, and saved the report again. From there I compile the report. At the executable I switch of "modify selection criteria" and under window styles I place all flags on except from the last 2.
I log in on the same environent as the users, delete all my printers and add the printer some of the users are using. The only difference is that when I check under printer set up in CR that the printer I have shows letter and of the users show memo. How do I switch the printer set up of the users to memo to letter by default?
