Set Print Margin!!!! HELP!!!!!

I have to make a page print properly, as long as I change the print properties dialog before printing the right side doesn't get cut off.

Is there a way to do this so my users do not have to set up their page properties? BTW - the page contents are as small as I can get them so they can be legible.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
