set previous record of "A" as current record of "B"

I am making a simple bookkeeping. I need to set the previous value of the "Ending Balance Field" to the current record of the "Opening Balance Field" but I dont know how to. Please help! Urgent!

I'm afraid that I don't know even simple bookkeeping... :)
Is this what you want:

rsNew(OpeningBalance) = rsOld(EndingBalance)

If not, could you try to describe what you are trying to do in a bit more detail?
