Set parameters to crystal report and get Page Server error

I created a crystal report(v8.5) and set the Report Selection Formula as: {GRAPHDATA.DATAID} in [{?dataid}]

I call this report in a html file use a hyperlink: <A HREF=&quot;

http://<servername>/rpt/TimeSerieMo...assword0=pswd&promptex0=10087.0,10471.0&quot;

target=&quot;_blank&quot;> then I get the error message:
Error encountered by Crystal PageServer
The error message returned is:
Cannot open SQL server. [On Page Server: AEGENT03.pageserver]

Can anybody tell me what's wrong here and how to fix this problem?

What happens when you open the report in eportfolio?

It looks like you haven't set the user name and password for the database. The user name and password in the URL are user name and password for Enterprise.
