The process will probably say THIS IS NATIVE NETWARE until it has completed the process (seconds not minutes). It will then say something like "Server configuration report written to SYS:SYSTEM\CONFIG.TXT. View that file and the set parameters should be near the bottom of the file. -----------------------------------------------------
"It's true, its damn true!"

Thnx Lad - I used to use this command - how'd you come by it? Do you still use this daily? ========================================

Don't use it daily, however I have added it to the AUTOEXEC.NCF so it runs every time the server boots. Also run it when we do monthly maintenance on the servers. -----------------------------------------------------

Yes... each time you run it. If you want to keep a copy of each file that you run... Once config file has been saved as SYS:\SYSTEM\CONFIG.TXT, use Explorer to rename to something else more descriptive.
Possibly scripted. Speaking of which - is there a scripting language for Novell like Kix for NT? Free and Easy to use of course... ========================================
