Set Paging Issues, TOO Loud!

Is it possible to lower the pager volume on the sets? When a person does a voice call , or all page, it is so loud. I have tried set volume while the page is active and that does not work. Maybe that is why people will use an external pager?

If you have background music adjust the volume for that and I think it has an effect on page volume also.
