I was wondering how do you set a page size not in the usual selection? my report is 8.5 by 7.25. its an invoice.
Also I have another question, if anyone has seen the nwind sample invoice. It has a group header with the invoice number, and then it lists the details for the items ordered. Then after the products, in the group footer, there is the total amount. My problem is, that I want the total amount to be always on the bottom. regardless if the number of items are only 1 or 2. Right now it lists the total amount right after the last product. How can I do it that the height for the products will always be set?
