Set Page Action

We have recently upgraded from Adobe Writer 5.0 to Adobe Professional Writer 6.0. In 5.0 we were able to specify JavaScript in an action Called Set Page Action under the Document menu. However, in 6.0 I cannot find a way to set the Page Action.

Does anybody know how to do this"
