Set Outlook 2003 to prompt to save messages?

Does anyone know if there is a setting in Outlook 2003 to prompt the user to indicate if the message should be saved before sending each message? I have only been able to either save all sent messages or not save any (by default). I know you can save an individual message by going to Options and clicking "Save sent message to:", but I want it to prompt me in case I forget to save an important message. I also don't want it to save every message I send by default.
