This is probably really simple, but here it goes....

How can I insert objects into a word file but have them ignore the margin settings. For example if I insert an image that goes from edge to edge, it will get bumped over to the right if I set a left margin. If I insert a spreadsheet that I want an inch from each side, but I set the left margin to 2 inches, it will bump it to the right as well...

In the Format Dialog for whatever type of object it is, select the Layout tab and set the wrapping to anything but "inline with text". This will shift the object into the drawing layer that floats over the page rather than the text layer which is constrained by the page setup.

Enjoy,
Tony
