Set NLS_LANG for a VHost - not working

Hello everybody,

I have a few VHost domains with default Language Settings in american.america. Now i want to change 1 Vhost Domain to NLS Language settings "german_germany.we8iso8859p15".
I read a little bit in the Internet and some forums and everybody wrote it should work when you add teh following lines to your vhostsconfig file:

SetEnv NLS_LANG german_germany.we8iso8859p15
SetEnv LC_ALL german
SetEnv LANG de

but it´s not working. I still see the Language in "american.america"

Any help would be appreciatet.
