Set mail box to auto respond?

I am trying to set a couple of mailboxes in exchange to send an automatic reply when an email is received. Any ideas on where to start?

You could use Rules Wizard to create a server based rule - something like ...

. Check messages when they arrive
. sent only to me
. have server reply using a specific message
