Press menu, maintenance, port, dial 00 and press enter, press demand test, press the 5th button down from the Home key twice (counting the Home key as the 1st button). Then say yes to the prompt for full erase restart. The processor will display an F when restarting and will be back at factory default and rerecognize all installed modules. I would do it twice - to make sure all old programming is removed.

Thanks for the information. After maintenance press slot instead of port. Works.
