Set logged out during registration across cluster

We have a network of MCD 3300's running 6.0 SP2
Hot Desk Base Stations are IP Device Only 5330/5220/5224
If a user goes from one site to another and tries to log into a local base station the phone displays Applications Loading and the Maintenance log shows Hot Desk xxxx logged out from xxxx by system during registration
The HDU can log into 5220 and 5224 ok but not the 5330 or 5340.
Any ideas where on the network we should be looking?

This is a difficult one to guess.

Just to be clear, you have HDU XXXX. It can be logged in at the remote site if the base station is a 5220 or 5224 but can't be logged in on a 5330 or 5340?

If so, I'd be making sure that the 5330's and 40's have the appropriate TFTP boot load.

If that is good, I'd probably be calling Mitel.
