Set Location "Same as Report"

I am working in an older version of Crystal (7.0) and need to create a run-time version of a report I have built.

The compile is successful, but using the Distribution Expert results in a pop-up message that the database MUST be set to "Same as Report" for the distribution to work.

I have created the report in the same dir as the data. There is normally a button listed as "Same as Report" in the Set Location window, but I am using a Crystal Library in this report. The button does not exist.

Can anyone help me get around this problem?
